At ‘Talk Agent’, we are looking for a results-driven Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will be responsible to network, build relationships with clients and persuade others to purchase products.
AS a Sales representatives you will be responsible for communicating the benefits of our company’s products in order to drive sales and serve as the point of contact between our business and its prospects or clients
Responsibilities
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Reach out to customer leads through calls, one to one meeting and group meetings
Be knowledgeable about the product
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems and answer questions about the products
Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements
Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships
Requirements
Highly motivated and target driven, previous work experience as a Sales Representative is a plus
Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any relevant field
Communication skills, especially persuasion, to clearly convey the benefits of a product to potential customers
Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people each day, build relationships and network
Customer service skills to listen to the concerns of a customer and be able to address their needs
Physical endurance, as Sales Representatives you may have spend a lot of time traveling between locations
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Salary Range:
50k to 70k per month

8:00 am to 4:00 pm
4:00 pm to 12:00 am
12:00 am to 8:00 am
